The availability of an elevator.
My room - a double for single occupancy - was in the back of the hotel plus the window looked out on an air shaft and there was no air circulation in the room, not even a fan. I had to sleep with the door opened - there was a family occupying the room across the hall so I was not worried security-wise.

My Easter stay was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. The location was perfect and allowed us to explore the best parts of the city easily. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly which made us feel so welcome during our stay. we really enjoyed our time at this hotel.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the room, as it was only available in the lobby. Additionally, the room was a bit small for our liking. However, these minor issues did not take away from the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

Great location in the heart of a charming medieval town, perfect for exploring. The rooms were nicely decorated and had good facilities, such as a mini-fridge and a TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and offering excellent service.
The rooms could get quite hot in summer since there was no air conditioning. the breakfast selection was a bit limited and not very varied.
